The website describes our services and approach. It is not a quotation, offer or contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that we both accept.

The website’s text, design, graphics, logo and code are owned by Induniva or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site, and quote short extracts with a clear credit and link back. Other use needs our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

You keep ownership of what you send through the contact form. You allow us to use it to respond to you and to keep business records, as the Privacy Policy explains.
6. Links to other websites
We may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

We try to keep the site accurate, available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam / Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this website, subject to any mandatory rights you have under law.
