1. Who we are
Induniva Software Solutions (“Induniva”, “we”, “us”) runs this website. For the personal data described here we decide why and how it is used (in Indian data-protection terms, we are the “data fiduciary”).
Address: Data Tower, Infopark Rd, P. O, Kusumagiri, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala 682030, India
E-mail for anything privacy-related: sales@induniva.com
2. What we collect
When you send us a message (Contact page)
- Your name, e-mail address and message (required), and optionally your phone or WhatsApp number, company, subject and the service you are interested in.
- The fact that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time you sent the form.
- The page you were on when you sent the form and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example
utm_source), so we know which of our efforts brought you here. - Your browser type, and your IP address in a one-way, keyed hashed form only. We do not store your readable IP address with your enquiry. The hash lets us spot spam and abuse without identifying you.
When you simply browse
- Our hosting server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser). These are used for security and fault-finding and are rotated automatically.
- This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes you will be asked first, and this page will be updated.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment-card details, government ID numbers, passwords or health information through the contact form.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Our basis is the consent you give by ticking the box.
- To contact you about that enquiry by e-mail, phone, SMS or WhatsApp, as you agreed. We do not use your enquiry to send unrelated marketing.
- To protect the site (spam filtering, rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention) and to keep records of enquiries we have handled.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We use a small number of service providers who process data only to deliver their service to us:
- Our hosting provider — stores the website, its database and its logs.
- Brevo (e-mail delivery) — sends the acknowledgement e-mail to you and the internal notification to our team.
- Fast2SMS (SMS delivery, India) — sends text alerts to our own team about new enquiries and follow-ups.
- Google Maps — the Contact page shows a Google map. Google receives your IP address and browser details when it loads. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no font request goes to Google. See the Cookie Policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is covered by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose data where the law or a valid legal order requires it, or to protect our rights, our systems or other people.
5. Where your data goes
Some providers above (for example Google and Brevo) operate servers outside India. Where data is transferred it is only to providers that commit to appropriate protection, and only as far as Indian law permits.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and the conversation that follows: for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a reasonable business record, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
- Delivery records of e-mails and SMS (which contain contact details) are stripped of personal data after 90 days.
- Server logs and spam-protection counters: short-lived and rotated automatically.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules you can, in respect of your personal data:
- ask for a summary of what we hold and how it is used;
- ask us to correct or complete it;
- ask us to erase it;
- withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect what we did before you withdrew);
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to; and
- complain to us, and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these, e-mail sales@induniva.com from the address you used with us. We may need to confirm it is you, and we aim to reply within 30 days.
8. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS; the database and administration area are not public; staff sign-in requires a strong password and a second factor; access is limited to people who need it; and the contact form has bot and abuse protection. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Children
This website is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data we will update this page and its “Last updated” date, and ask for fresh consent where the law requires it.
11. Questions and grievances
Contact us at sales@induniva.com or by post at the address above, marked “Privacy”. We will acknowledge your message promptly and work to resolve it.
